18 Percent Growth Expected for Printed Electronics

The Organic and Printed Electronics Association’s (OE-A) biannual Business Climate Survey has reported that nearly 80 percent of participants expect a significant increase in sales revenue across the printed electronics industry. The survey polls OE-A members, who span material suppliers and end users of printed electronics in the consumer electronics, medical and pharmaceutical, automotive, and energy industries.

The Organic and Printed Electronics Association’s (OE-A) biannual Business Climate Survey has reported that nearly 80 percent of participants expect a significant increase in sales revenue across the printed electronics industry. The survey polls OE-A members, who span material suppliers and end users of printed electronics in the consumer electronics, medical and pharmaceutical, automotive, and energy industries. Responders also reported that they foresee a 13-percent sales growth for 2015 – a two-point increase from the survey conducted in the first half of the year – and expect an 18-percent increase in 2016.
