The publication is based on an extensive questionnaire completed by MIS providers of 44 different software programs currently available in the graphic communications industry, covering functions such as accounting, estimating, scheduling, job tickets, inventory, fulfillment, mailing, and automation. Technical requirements are listed as are costs, training, and software support.
