Available on the website is a Free downloadable eBook – “Top 10 Workflow Tips”.

Atkinson says, “I know at this time of year a lot of shops are gearing up for their busy seasons. They are looking to make significant changes to their workflow, equipment and training. My new eBook is focused on ideas to help with improving efficiency with some easy to implement tips.”

In 2018, Atkinson has moved into coaching shops full time. “I was presented with a fantastic opportunity to work with Mark Coudray as part of his Catalyst Accelerator Consultant Team, and I couldn’t say no. There will be a big announcement at the upcoming ISS Long Beach show. I’m working with his core Catalyst members, but I have my own group of customers as well.”

“Coaching is a great way for shop owners to get the help they need. They are usually so busy trying to get orders handled, that they skip over process or system improvements that could make a dramatic change to their business efficiency. Using a coach to inject new ideas or solutions to your shop is an economical way to solve problems faster.”

Marshall Atkinson is a seasoned industry veteran, and has been in the industry since 1993. He has held operations, director, and C-level positions with large contract printing companies, has served as a volunteer with industry associations and non-profit groups, and has been consulting to the industry since 2010.

Shops can contact Atkinson at marshall@marshallatkinson.com or book a call with him to talk about your shop’s challenges at calendly.com/marshallatkinson. The link to Catalyst Accelerator is CatalystPlan.com.
