Anatol’s new Stratus II features servo-driven indexing and AC heads and a digital touchscreen control equipped with a self-diagnostic system that allows users to program as many as five strokes per printhead. The Stratus II offers a maximum print area of 20 x 20 in. (508 x 508 mm) and a maximum frame size of 24 x 36 in. (610 x 914 mm). Each printhead can be adjusted independently for print speed, flood speed, indexing, screen clamping, squeegee pressure, table lift and lower, and test prints. Tool-free adjustments let users dial in front/rear stroke, screen width, central off-contact, and squeegee/floodbar angle. The press also features a three-point microregistration system, quick-release squeegee/floodbars, platens, and front-loading screens. The flash-cure system is a connect-and-flash version that can be used on any printhead. Options for the Stratus II include tool-free individual off-contact, a foot pedal for remote control of manual cycle or interrupt/restart of auto print mode, and a prepress registration system. The press is available in configurations ranging from six colors/eight stations to 16 colors/18 stations.
