Standard features include servo-driven indexer, electric printheads, job storage and recall, pneumatic and mechanical squeegee-pressure control, tool-free angle adjustments, independent and mechanical off-contact, and compatibility with M&R’s pre-press registration systems. Other standard features include front and rear microregistration, rear screen holder with tool-free adjustment, print start/print finish mode, M&R’s Optical No-Shirt Detector, and the company’s Revolver Printing Program. M&R’s Automatic Pallet Pre-Heat mode with built-in platen-temperature sensor allows users to preheat platens to the desired temperature and track temperatures throughout production. New Z-Series Flash Cure Units allow operators to make adjustments on the fly from the press’s main control panel.
