DaeYoung Screen Systems’ DY-30A, available from Deco Technology Group, Inc., is an automatic UV press for decorating plastic bottles and containers. The press supports a production rate of approximately 60-70 parts/min, supports one to six colors, and features a mechanical walking-beam handling system for tight register with an inline screen-printing system. The DY-30A can be built with up to six printing/curing stations. It accommodates bottles and containers from 20-100 mm in diameter and heights between 50-300 mm and offers rotational bowl feeding, bottle orientation at in-feed, shuttered UV-curing systems, flame or corona pretreatment, anti-static discharge station, and automatic unloading onto an out-feed conveyor.
