Best of Show Winners Take the Spotlight at the SGIA Expo

The winners of the Golden Image Competition were announced on November 4 at the 2015 SGIA Expo (Atlanta, November 4–6), and the Best of Show recipients have proved that they are the best of the best in their field.

 

The winners of the Golden Image Competition were announced on November 4 at the 2015 SGIA Expo (Atlanta, November 4–6), and the Best of Show recipients have proved that they are the best of the best in their field.

 

“Receiving one of these awards places the winner at the very top of the world’s leading printers,” said Johnny Shell, SGIA’s Vice President of Technical Services. “Achieving such high quality indicates remarkable control and ability!”

The Golden Image Competition recognized the highest standard of imaging and covered almost every item — no matter how complex — in the specialty graphics industry. Among the Gold winners, the exceptional entries were chosen by members of the Academy of Screen and Digital Printing Technologies and given the highly sought-after “Best of Show” award. Congratulations to the 2015 “Best of Show” winners:
• People’s Choice: “Bling Car Gold” by GSP
• Best of Show (Graphic): “Calendar Midi Print 2015-2016” by Midi Print Co
• Best of Show (Garment): “Illusion Emblem” by Tarun Print Tech
• Best of Show (Digital): “Koi” by DuraPlaq
• Best of Show (Creativity): “Saturn” by GSP
