CAD-Cut Transfer Vinyl from Stahls’
Two new varieties.
Stahls’ has added CAD-Cut Silicone Dye-Block heat transfer vinyl, designed to hinder dye migration upon application to sublimated polyester, activewear, natural fiber, and blended substrates. The CPSIA-compliant transfer is engineered with a silicone feel and matte finish, and can be applied at temperatures as low as 285 F, according to the company. Available in seven colors in 20-in. rolls.
The company has also released CAD-Cut Reflective II heat transfer vinyl, engineered for high-visibility transfers with a reflective finish. The PVC-free heat transfer vinyl can be applied to synthetic materials at 290 F and is compatible with laser or analog cutting. Applications include heat-sensitive sports apparel, accessories, and more. Available in silver (not recommended for multilayer applications) in widths of 20 in.
