Dover has acquired software developer Caldera Graphics in a $39 million deal. Caldera is based in Strasbourg, France, and has provided image processing, color management, and workflow software for the digital printing industry for the past 25 years. The company will join MS Printing Solutions and the JK Group in Dover’s Printing and Identification platform.
