Albatross says NPE II is a powerful formula developed for removing oil, grease, dirt, screen print ink, adhesives, and more from all types of textiles. The cleaner is non-flashing and is shipped as non-hazardous.

According to the manufacturer, NPE II does not contain any Prop 65 chemicals, eliminates the need to post related signage,  represents a major step in improving safety in the workplace, and is a drop-in replacement for more toxic chemicals. Albatross reports that NPE II will not damage fabrics.
