CRC Information Systems, Inc. (CRC) held their 24th annual User Group Conference on May 8th – 10th at the Chaparral Suites Resort in Scottsdale, AZ. The three-day event provided users with product demonstrations, networking opportunities, and a good deal of time to meet with CRC Management, Trainers and Developers to discuss specific software advances they’d like to see in the future.

The three-day event provided users with product demonstrations, networking opportunities, and a good deal of time to meet with CRC Management, Trainers and Developers to discuss specific software advances they’d like to see in the future.
During his presentation to conference attendees, Erv Ratazak, CRC Product and Service Manager,
highlighted the recent advances in the Nucleus software product line and provided a sampling of what
upgrades users could look forward to in the coming year.
Ratazak said “We are very pleased with how our new product advances will greatly expand and complement our process automation initiatives.”
This year’s agenda featured many enhancements to the current Nucleus, CRM and eCommerce product
lines. The most anticipated enhancement was the new iPad application which was warmly received and
created a lot of feedback following its demonstration. Additionally, the release of the new Automated
Inventory along with the new Plant-Wide view for Production Scheduling applications was
enthusiastically received by the group.
Ratazak reinforced the Company’s commitment by stating “The tremendous interest in our new products clearly demonstrates that CRC is committed to supporting our client needs and delivering applications that will reduce costs and provide instantaneous data retrieval through both in-house and mobile applications.”
The company demonstrated newly developed capabilities in Inventory Automation through the use of
bar codes and portable bar code readers. Enhancements include both, raw material and finished goods
Inventory Receiving, Fulfillment, Usage, Transfers, and Order Confirmations. Instructions were also
provided on how to best manage CRC databases during an IT session. This year’s educational breakout
seminars included an IT Roundtable, New User Roundtable, Crystal Reports and Dashboards.
