Fast, practical, precise, and affordable are the words SPS REHMUS uses to describe its SPS VITESSA XP press. The newest addition to the company's SPS STOP line of cylinder presses is a sheet-fed system featuring speeds of more than 4000 cycles/hr and registration accuracy of less than 0.001 in. (0.03 mm) at all speeds. The VITESSA XP is equipped with centralized vacuum and blow adjustments located next to the electrical control panel, a drop-down exit belt combined with a swivel-up screen master frame, and vacuum infeed belts. The press also features a vacuum side lay (with optional convertible push/pull function), single/steam feeder modes with quick changeover, an SPS PEH squeegee bridge, and a fiber-optic registration control panel with sensors in the cylinder and in both side lays.
