Roland DGA has unveiled the VersaStudio BT-12 direct-to-garment desktop printer for imaging directly onto cotton-based apparel and accessories. The entry-level DTG printer includes a finishing unit stacked with the printer unit, enabling a small 15.7 x 29.9-in. footprint. Included Roland Design Software has an intuitive interface requiring minimal training for such businesses as gift shops or special event venues seeking to add on-demand printing, the company reports.
