The ProCut 1600 M recently joined the ProCut line of digital cutting tables from Océ (www.oce.com). The company says the 51 x 63-in. (1295 x 1600-mm) system enables shops with smaller, roll-fed inkjet printers to cut and trim media effectively and notes that the cutter is ideal for smaller, rigid output for use in package prototyping. The ProCut 1600 M can be used for trimming and contour-cutting, through-cutting, kiss-cutting, routing, and creasing. It accommodates flexible and rigid media up to 1.97 in. (50 mm) thick.
