ESMA, an association of European print equipment manufacturers, has announced the details for its tech conference, Direct Container Print 2015, this November 23-24 in Düsseldorf, Germany. The event programming is designed to introduce printers, packaging manufacturers, and brand owners to direct-to-container decoration on plastic.

Presentations from KBA-Kammann, Sefar, Marabu, Phoseon, Sun Chemical, and more will highlight the challenges and potential of both inkjet and screen-printing processes for direct printing on containers such as bottles, tubes, and cups. Additional sessions will explore inline foiling, low-migration inks, and the benefits of UV LED curing.
