The EXP 55 Plus provides a versatile laminating and mounting solution for sign shops and other graphic finishing industries. A top heated roller allows for single sided thermal lamination or pressure sensitive (cold) lamination to self adheseive vinyls and related print media. Options including side slitters, foot pedal, and a media rewind offer additional automation to produce professional, finished products.

  • Top roller heats up to 300°F
  • Accepts rigid substrates up to 1/2-in. thick
  • Spring-Loaded adjustable pressure on laminating and pull rollers for smooth, even lamination
  • Foot switch allows hands-free operation for guiding materials during lamination (optional)
  • Auto-grip shafts for easy loading of film
  • Optional media rewind rolls up finished product for easy handling or additional processing
