Durst Image Technology US, LLC, Rochester, NY, signed an agreement with Canada-based Mondrian-Hall Inc. to sell, support, and service Durst’s Rho 600 Pictor flatbed UV inkjet printer in Canada. Modrian-Hall is a distributor of photographic, large-format inkjet, and digital imaging equipment and supplies.

“We’re delighted to have Mondrian-Hall on board to help Durst introduce our versatile Rho 600 Pictor printer to the Canadian market,” says Ron Waters, president and CEO of Durst US. “Mondrian-Hall possesses the reach and the relationships that are needed to address interest in the Pictor in market segments where Durst’s presence is still developing. We expect their support of this particular product will improve our overall selling effort, and will provide a significant advantage to our reach and support of the Pictor in the Canadian market.”

Durst also entered into an agreement with Signal Hill, CA-based Montroy Supply Co., a distributor of sign- and graphics-related equipment and materials in the US. Montroy will sell and support the Rho 600 Pictor in the four western states where it operates, including California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah.

“Montroy Supply Co. is a well-known, well-respected distributor among selected segments where our Rho 600 Pictor is an ideal solution, in states where the economy is strong and business is brisk,” Waters says. “So we are very pleased to be able to partner with them to promote our versatile Pictor.”
