Fineline, Ronkonkoma, NY and Krefeld, Germany-based CST have joined forces in dlp imaging corp., a new company in Medford, NY that will distribute CST's patented DLP Direct-to-Screen imaging system to the US, Canada, and Mexico. The DLP system is based on Digital Micromirror Device semiconductor technology developed by Texas Instruments. DLP units are available to accommodate imaging needs from 40 x 40 in. up to 13 x 26 ft, come with optics and electronics to support resolutions of 65, 85, 110, and 130 lines/in., and support exposing speeds of up to 350 sq ft/hr.
