Firmware, Software Update for DTG Printers

AnaJet offers improvements for its Ri 3000/Ri 6000.

AnaJet has launched Firmware v1.2 and AnaRIP v5.1 updates for Ricoh Ri 3000/Ri 6000 direct-to-garment printers, with benefits including speed improvements, enhanced technical support and printer stability, and a new adjustable white highlight feature. The company says the new Speed Mode reduces print times on the Ri 3000 by more than 60 seconds (30 seconds on the Ri 6000). The software update reportedly reduces occurrences of interrupted prints and job transmission from the RIP, as well as improved printer log retrieval during technical support. The highlight white feature allows the volume of white ink deposited during the CMYK pass to be fine-tuned.
