The first webinar, “Linearization – The Beginning of Color Profiles,” (10:00 am – 10:45 am PDT on July 12), will show attendees how to calibrate their printers with linearization and total ink limit to optimize the color of prints. Geared toward intermediate level end users, this webinar will cover the following:
• What linearization is, why it’s important, and how it differs from re-linearization
• Tools needed to linearize with ErgoSoft Roland Edition and Roland VersaWorks RIPs

The second webinar, “How to Create Color Profiles,” (10:00 am – 11:00 am PDT on July 26), will allow attendees to take what they’ve learned about linearization and move on to creating custom color profiles. Designed for advanced users, this webinar will focus on the following:
• Tools needed to create custom color profiles with ErgoSoft Roland Edition and Roland VersaWorks
• The difference between spot color and process color
• Step-by-step process for creating a custom profile
