GIS Appoints New Head of Customer Experience

GIS is pleased to confirm the appointment of Laura Able in the new position of Head of Customer Experience. This role strengthens the company’s continued commitment to excellent account management and technical support for its customers in the industrial inkjet sector.

 

GIS is pleased to confirm the appointment of Laura Able in the new position of Head of Customer Experience. This role strengthens the company’s continued commitment to excellent account management and technical support for its customers in the industrial inkjet sector.

 

Laura brings a wealth of experience and discipline to the role, most recently following 11 years as Global Customer Experience Manager at Domino Printing Sciences. At Domino, Laura was responsible for the customer experience strategy, driving a customer-first approach to business processes across their global sales and manufacturing sites.
Throughout her successful career, Laura has consistently delivered productivity and quality improvements aligning operational excellence with the customer experience.
