GPA’s first video features Greg Kestler, GPA’s Director of Technical Products, who reviews the advantages and profitable uses for Styrene in a short, user-friendly mannerthat makes it relatable for individuals from all levels of the graphic arts and printing industries.

 

In this video, Kestler educates viewers about the features of this “workhorse” synthetic substrate. He addresses Styrene’s advantages and limitations while showcasing real-life examples and sharing tips for creating successful applications. GPA created this video to help educate viewers about the different substrates available to them, and illustrate how GPA’s customers can confidently use them to create profitable applications in a variety of markets. Additionally, it helps take the mystery out of printing on different synthetic substrates.

GPA offers Styrene for sheet fed offset and HP Indigo presses in gauges ranging from 10 through 30 mil. It is available in a variety of opacities, from translucent for uses such as illuminated signage to double opaque for graphics that call for no show-through.
