Graphtec America, Inc., Santa Ana, CA, announced a joint alliance of its parent company, Graphtec Corp. with Dodwell B.M.S. Ltd., a manufacturer of digital security systems and provider of card-system devices for financial institutions and technical service and installation for government and private institutions throughout Japan. The combined entity will operate under a new holding company, Ai Holdings Corp.

Graphtec says the consolidating and formation of Ai Holdings Corp. is a significant step ahead to improving upon the already sterling reputation of Graphtec products, service, and support for its dedicated user community by streamlining and expanding its design, engineering, manufacturing, and distribution capability with a new, assertive partner. On April 2, Graphtec and Dodwell confirmed the joint venture to form wholly owned subsidiaries of Ai Holdings Corp. Graphtec and Dodwell has re-listed as Ai Holdings Corp. on the TSE (Tokyo Stock Exchange). Despite the consolidation, there will be no change to the Graphtec name.
