GSG Promotes Mark Serna To Operations Manager

Mark Serna has been promoted to operations manager at GSG in Houston. In his new role, he supervises the branch’s delivery and operations team, reporting to Michael Roberts. During his 10 years with GSG, Serna has worked in every operations position, providing him with a broad knowledge of order pulling, receiving and shipping systems. His most recent post was in the receiving department, where he focused on stocking and organizing inventory.

 

Mark Serna has been promoted to operations manager at GSG in Houston. In his new role, he supervises the branch’s delivery and operations team, reporting to Michael Roberts. During his 10 years with GSG, Serna has worked in every operations position, providing him with a broad knowledge of order pulling, receiving and shipping systems. His most recent post was in the receiving department, where he focused on stocking and organizing inventory.

 

As operations manager, Serna’s primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of customers’ orders from warehouse through transit. He will continue to work with receiving and inventory control manager Chris Blake to accomplish this and to enhance and improve the branch’s services. Serna can be reached at mark.serna@gogsg.com.
