With a return to the ‘home of inkjet’, Cambridge, for its Summer School, the 20th anniversary European conference and a second year in India, the scene is set for a full programme of events supporting digital printing development across the world.

Inkjet Ink Development Conference 2019

8-11 April 2019

Hamburg, Germany

The IMI Europe Inkjet Ink Development Conference is a two-day technical conference devoted to digital printing development. The event is aimed at inkjet ink chemists and other developers across applications including packaging, textiles, graphics, industrial and functional printing. The conference is ideal for those wishing to understand the latest developments in materials, techniques and products across the industry. This year the conference is supported by the Inkjet Academy and an Inkjet Ink Characterisation course, including a tour and interactive demonstrations at the nearby KRÜSS facility.

Inkjet Summer School 2019

10-14 June 2019

Cambridge, UK

This year the Inkjet Summer School will be returning to the home of the inkjet industry and IMI Europe, Cambridge in the UK. This event offers a selection of 1.5-day technical courses on topics of interest within inkjet printing, presented by acknowledged experts in their field. Courses include the world-famous Inkjet Academy, with others covering Fluid Dynamics & Acoustics, Inkjet Ink Characterisation, Inkjet Colour Management, Jetting Functional Fluids and Inkjet Drying & Curing.

Inkjet Printing India 2019

18-19 September 2019

Mumbai, India

After the debut of Inkjet Printing India last year, IMI Europe and CNT Expositions & Services are pleased to announce the event’s return. The event looks to build on the momentum from the first event, with a one-day conference programme focused on key topics in the industry in India followed by a single day technical workshop on inkjet ink development, manufacturing and other technical aspects.

 

Digital Print Europe 2019

7-10 October 2019

Berlin, Germany

This year IMI Europe is celebrating the 20th anniversary of its European Inkjet Conference, which was first held in Barcelona in 1999. The strategic Digital Printing Conference in autumn 2019 will feature industry leaders discussing the latest business and technology trends in the inkjet industry. The conference will also be supported by the Inkjet Academy and Market Reports Live Sessions.

 

“2019 is an exciting year for IMI Europe,” said Tim Phillips, Managing Director. “I’m very happy to bring our Summer School back to the home of inkjet in Cambridge for the first time in many years. It’s also wonderful to be able to announce the 20th anniversary of our European conference, with our strategic event going to Berlin for the first time. After an interesting and successful first conference in India, we are looking forward to working with our valued partners CNT to build a community around the inkjet industry in the subcontinent.”
