EFI recently announced the commercial release of its new 3M Piezo Inkjet Ink Series 2800 UV for use with EFI’s VUTEk QS2000 and QS32000 wide-format inkjet printers and a variety of opaque, clear, and translucent 3M media. EFI says the system of 3M inks and media ensures vibrant, long-lasting four- or six-color graphics when used with its VUTEk QS2000 and QS32000 printers. The inks, available in CMYKLcLm+White, are specifically designed for use with 2- and 4-mil 3M Controltac Graphic Films, 3M Scotchlite Reflective Graphic Films, and a range of rigid materials.
