Seiko Instruments USA (www.seiko-i.com) recently introduced what it describes as value-priced inks for the company’s ColorPainter V-64s. The new EG-Outdoor LX mild solvent inkset is formulated for excellent color density, outdoor durability, and lightfastness. The six-color inkset (CMYKLcLm) is packaged in 500-ml cartridges. Seiko says the new LX inks are a more economical alternative for those customers who do not need or want the more environmentally friendly EX inks for the ColorPainter V-64s.
