InkSoft Adds Five to Success Squad

InkSoft has announced five new additions to its Success Squad team. Joining the company are Matthew Allen, Barbara Broadnax, Ashley Hendrickson, Jesika Masters and Sean McDaniel.

 

The Success Squad is the technical support team whose core mission is to ensure that customers get the most out of InkSoft. Tasks include the onboarding of new users, as well as providing marketing ideas, new ways to bring in revenue, and info on how to customize InkSoft to your needs.

 

InkSoft has announced five new additions to its Success Squad team. Joining the company are Matthew Allen, Barbara Broadnax, Ashley Hendrickson, Jesika Masters and Sean McDaniel.

Allen is eager to share his five years’ experience in customer service and support with InkSoft customers. Broadnax, who comes to InkSoft after six years in the mobile technology arena, will also draw on her background as a freelance graphic designer in her new position.

 

Hendrickson, a Texas native and longtime Phoenix, Ariz., transplant, honed her customer service skills in the cellular arena and the beauty industry. Masters is excited to bring a retail perspective to serving InkSoft customers, applying her background in apparel merchandising and marketing.

McDaniel looks forward to putting his expertise in technology and customer support to work helping InkSoft customers.
