Now users of the recently released InkSoft Online Stores platform can let customers know how long a store and/or products in it will be available with a dynamic countdown display. This new component option underscores ordering deadlines while encouraging customers to purchase now.

Simply set the end date, and the Countdown Component will show the days, hours, minutes and seconds that are left to order disappearing, grabbing attention and creating a sense of urgency. This makes it perfect for helping to boost sales in stores requiring a set timeframe, such as fundraisers.

The Countdown component is easy to install by selecting it from the Component Library and following a few prompts. There are three layout styles geared to various types of stores: ticker (general, all-purpose), minimal (corporate) and scoreboard (sports).

You have the ability to position the countdown, establish the background color and input a title and subhead or message. Then select the end date to be displayed in real time and establish whether the countdown is to disappear or the store will be disabled when the clock runs out. A quick video tutorial shows how: https://www.inksoft.com/new-component-countdown/.
