InkSoft Upstate Merch Podcast

The most effective, persuasive marketing strategies today involve doing one of three things: educate, entertain, or inspire. A great example of a decorator who is doing just that is Dylan Gilligan, owner, Upstate Merch, Whitney Point, N.Y.

Gilligan has pushed out a consistent, pervasive message of authenticity when communicating on social media about his print shop and his products as well as acquiring a reputation as a leader who cuts through the bull.

The shop owner has built an Instagram community of 23,900 followers by sharing his expertise and passion for his craft as well as inviting his peers to share their knowledge and experiences so he also can learn.

His latest venture, and one in which InkSoft is partnering with him as a sponsor, is “The Upstate Podcast,” best described as a giant, easygoing, funny conversation between screen printers, graphic designers, and other industry professionals.

Join in by subscribing on Apple, Spotify or your favorite podcast app; or go to Upstate Merch’s website. The first episode features the hilarious and talented Grizzly Wheeler, who owns a shop in North Charleston, S.C., that does waterbased screen printing, embroidery patches and metal objects.
