Inx Acquires Brazilian Ink Manufacturer

Inx International has announced its forthcoming purchase of Brazilian printing ink manufacturer Creative Industria e Comercio. The Sao Paulo-based company has produced flexographic and gravure packaging inks since 1996.

Rick Clendenning, president and CEO of Inx International, says in a release that the acquisition will enable the company to expand its packaging ink portfolio in South America.

Finance Director Guilherme Ribeiro, along with brother Gustavo and cousin Jose Carlos, will continue to manage the company, which was founded by his father.
