Jain Americas Promotes Jon Silver to National Sales Manager

Jain Americas is proud to announce the promotion of Jon Silver from Midwest Regional Sales Manager to National Sales Manager. Since 2006 Mr. Silver has been responsible for managing sales and customer relationships for Jain Americas throughout the Midwestern U.S. and Eastern Canada, which he’ll continue. As National Sales Manager, however, Mr. Silver now has additional responsibilities that include overseeing a sales staff, and sales representatives, across the entire U.S., Canada, and Latin America.

Jain Americas is proud to announce the promotion of Jon Silver from Midwest Regional Sales Manager to National Sales Manager. Since 2006 Mr. Silver has been responsible for managing sales and customer relationships for Jain Americas throughout the Midwestern U.S. and Eastern Canada, which he’ll continue. As National Sales Manager, however, Mr. Silver now has additional responsibilities that include overseeing a sales staff, and sales representatives, across the entire U.S., Canada, and Latin America. He will also coordinate marketing initiatives; oversee distributor training; represent Jain Americas at industry events, including IAPD, SGIA, shop! GlobalShop, and others; and manage OEM specifications and quality control.

 

Prior to joining Jain Americas, Mr. Silver was a Regional Sales Manager for Kommerling USA, and a Purchasing Manager for HP Manufacturing. Having worked for almost 20 years with polycarbonate and foam PVC for high-volume companies certainly gives Jon the knowledge, and the valuable experience necessary to educate colleagues, and serve customers in numerous markets, including signage and graphics, store fixtures/POP/visual merchandising, transportation, and others.

 

From his Cleveland, Ohio office, Mr. Silver shared these thoughts – “I am very excited about he opportunity to help lead the graphics division of Jain Americas into the future and, of course, grateful for the confidence my colleagues have shown in me with this promotion. I welcome the challenge of helping our many existing customers, and contributing to the addition of new customers, as well as to my own personal and professional growth that will come with my new responsibilities.”

Jon is a graduate of Cleveland State University. He and his wife, Sharon, just celebrated 27 years of marriage. When not traveling on behalf of Jain Americas, you can be sure Jon is either involved in activities with his son, Alec, or perhaps relaxing in front of any hockey-related event.
