JK Group Agrees Acquisition by Dover Corporation

JK Group SPA (“JK”) announced today that it will be acquired by Dover Engineering Systems (“DES”), a business segment of Dover Corporation. It will operate as a stand-alone operating company within DES Printing & Identification platform.

JK is a leading manufacturer and distributor of innovative inks and consumables serving the digital textile printing market. JK serves its global customers under the three independent brands of Kiian Digital, J-Teck 3, and Sawgrass Industrial. JK is a recognized leader in dye sublimation and pigment ink technologies for textile printing. JK is headquartered in Novedrate, Italy with operations in Italy, China and the US.
