Kammann Machines, Inc. and Kammann Machines Service, Inc. recently merged to form Kammann USA. The company says its new, single entity delivers more proactive and integrated product and service solutions for customers in North America using Kammann printing and converting technology. Kammann Machines, Inc. was incorporated in 1978 to develop decorating machines for cosmetics, hollowware, and plastic bottles in North America. Kammann Machines Service, Inc. was incorporated in 1982 to provide parts and service support for Kammann machines in North America.

Paul Bolduc, former president of Kammann Machines Service, Inc. serves as president of the Kammann USA organization. Steve Gilbertson serves as vice president of sales and marketing. Kammann USA is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Werner Kammann Maschinenfabrik GMBH and Company, headquartered in Bünde, Germany.

"Kammann has proven itself to be a prevailing force in the US, with thousands of successful machine installations, and Kammann Machines Service has provided superior service to these customers,” Bolduc says. “Integrating the product and service expertise within one organization ensures the best experience for our customers, from the first discussion of a Kammann solution, to the ongoing support and maintenance of that technology."
