Kornit Digital, Magshimim, Israel, announced a partnership with Jettable, a pioneer in pigmented ceramic inks and inkjet systems. After two years of development, the companies introduce Pink digital printer, a commercially available printing system for on-demand, full-color decoration of ceramic tiles and surfaces. The printer is based on Kornit’s inkjet platform and Jettable’s wide-color-gamut ceramic inks.
Pink features an operator interface, can be supplied with RIP and color-management tools, and offers a capacity of up to 1000 20 x 20-cm tiles/shift. The printer will be distributed in Europe by Sertam, a supplier of decoration machinery to tile and tableware manufacturers. For more information, visit www.kornit.co.il.
