Need to print onto pre-assembled lanyards? Systematic Automation offers a machine designed for that task. The HLT semiautomatic press is equipped with a lanyard-printing attachment and a special tensioning device. The printing process combines driving the product in synchronization with drawing the lace through the tooling with a tensioner. According to Systematic Automation, treating the product as if it were a cylinder permits printing close to the clasps and eliminates the problem of the product sticking to the screen. The HLT press is equipped with a Harmonic lift table, featuring 8-in. (203-mm) movement upward to the screen, and features an X-Y and angular micro-adjustable table, foot-pedal cycle start, and independent, micro-adjustable squeegee and floodbar height. The HLT accommodates a variety of substrates, including thick, thin, flat, cylindrical, tapered, and oval. The HLT offers speeds up to 2500 impressions/hr and a maximum print area of 14 in. (356 mm) along the circumference. Systematic Automation, 20 Executive Dr., Farmington, CT 06032, 860-677-6400, fax: 860-677-6407, e-mail: samail@systauto.com, Web: www.systauto.com.
