Lawson Screen & Digital Products, Inc. – St. Louis, MO – is proud to announce its commitment to the Fair Chance Business Pledge. Lawson joins the nationwide movement providing opportunities for individuals who have had contact with the criminal justice system. Lawson understands that providing a fair chance for all individuals to participate in the American economy strengthens our country.

Lawson ensures an applicant’s criminal record is considered in proper context and engages in hiring practices that do not place jobs out of reach. Further, Lawson has “Banned the Box” by delaying criminal history questions until later in the hiring process and trained their Human Resources Staff on making fair decisions regarding applicants with criminal records.
