Roland DGA (www.rolanddga.com) developed its new Metallic Silver ECO-SOL MAX eco-solvent ink specifically for the company’s 54-in. (1372-mm) SOLJET PRO III XC-540MT inkjet printer/cutter. Roland says the ink is the first of its kind from a major inkjet printer company. Users can combine Metallic Silver with CMYK to create other metallic hues, including gold, bronze, and pearlescent colors.
