Mimaki has unveiled new MUH-100 Metallic Silver UV ink for its UJF-7151 Plus benchtop UV-LED flatbed printer for applications such as personalized products, packaging, novelty items, and more. The company reports the UJF-7151 Plus printer can use the ink to directly image substrate surfaces with gloss and matte finishes or a textured embossing effect utilizing Mimaki Metallic Control technology. Metallic color effects in more than 648 shades can be achieved using RasterLink6 RIP software.
