Mimaki has added the JFX200-2531 UV-LED flatbed printer with a dual bed. Based on the company’s JFX200-2513 model, the machine offers dual origin points and a user-controllable twin independent vacuum pump system, enabling operators to position two 4 x 8-ft boards, multiple jigs and pre-cut pieces, or one oversized sheet up to 98.4 x 122 in. The printer handles media up to 2 in. thick.

• LH-100 (CMYK + white + clear) for scratch and chemical resistance
• LUS-150 (CMYKcm + white) for adhesion and flexibility
• LUS-200 (CMYK + white) for flexible outdoor applications
• LUS-350 (CMYK + white) for thermoforming applications
• Jettable primer

Features include threaded layout pins for media registration at either origin point, an ionizer bar to minimize static, and low-heat UV-LED lamps for printing on heat-sensitive substrates. Mimaki’s proprietary features include the Mimaki Advanced Pass System, Waveform Control, Mimaki Circulation Technology, and Nozzle Recovery System.

The table ships in two parts that can be joined onsite; the company reports each part will fit through a standard double doorway entrance.
