M&R is offering the DynaBelt and AccuSet belt speed controller systems for its Sprint 3000 conveyor dryers.

The DynaBelt is designed to shorten warmup and cooldown times and reduce energy consumption by automatically setting the belt to its min. speed upon dryer startup and max. speed upon shutdown. It also responds to changes of more than 10 degrees in dryer temperature, increasing or decreasing the belt speed proportionately.
