ITW Trans Tech (www.itwtranstech.com) recently debuted two- and four-color Aero series pad printers. The pneumatically driven and PLC-controlled printers are equipped with a touchscreen interface and capability to be table or bench mounted, placed on an optional machine base, or installed directly into automated systems. Each color station can operate independently from another, and functions such as pad delay, multiple hits, cliche position with XYR movement, and pad stroke are adjustable and independent at each station.

ITW says the adjustability allows the operator to print projects that might otherwise have required additional machinery or resources. The Aero printers come with the SpaceFrame and ExpressLiner ink-cup system. Options include pad cleaner (tape-off device), pneumatic parts shuttle, servo part shuttle, machine base, and custom fixtures.
