Neschen AG, the German parent of Seal Graphics Americas Corp., Neschen USA LLC, and Neschen-Accutech Corp., is consolidating these three American operations into a new company, Neschen Americas. The new company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Neschen AG, will serve markets in North and South America.

Neschen Americas will maintain its headquarters in Elkridge, MD. Facilities in Wichita, KS will be closed and moved to Elkridge, and manufacturing operations in Sun Prairie, WI and Elkridge will remain in place.
