NOVA Marketing Services recently recruited two experienced sales professionals to join the company. Jim Brickler will be working from the St. Louis office while David Valancius will handle efforts in the Chicago area.

“We expanded into the Chicago market last September and bringing David on board is a natural progression. Printing is in demand with many new technological developments, so that’s why we decided to add Jim to our staff here in St. Louis,” said Rocky Abbett, NOVA’s Vice President. “We have many Fortune 1000 companies as clients, and both David and Jim have experience with these types of companies. I’m confident they will be able to increase our business while taking care of our existing customers.”

Mr. Valancius brings 20 years of sales and marketing experience to NOVA. He served as marketing manager and director of business development for a Chicago area multimedia company the last 18 years, where he managed direct sales representatives and oversaw national accounts. A resident of Woodstock, Illinois outside Chicago, he is a member of several business organizations including the Print Production Professionals, DVD Professionals, Chicago Interactive Marketing Association and Greater North Michigan Avenue Association. David can be reached at dvalancius@novamktg.com or (847) 220-2044.

Mr. Brickler is a St. Louis native with more than 10 years of service in the printing and graphic arts industry. He has worked in nearly every facet of the business including pre-press and production, and has spent seven years as an account executive. He also has an in-depth knowledge of both traditional and digital printing, as well as direct mail and fulfillment. A Hazelwood, MO. resident, Brickler is a member of the Business Marketing Association and River City Professionals. Jim can be contacted at jbrickler@novamktg.com or at (314) 432-2357.
