OE-A released its semiannual Business Climate Survey for the organic and printed electronics industry at LOPEC 2016. The survey projects an 11-percent increase in sales revenue for 2016 – roughly 7 percentage points lower than what was forecasted in December of last year. In a release, Jeremy Burroughes, OE-A chair, attributes the drop to businesses being “careful in making predictions at the beginning of the year.”

Survey respondents expect growth to continue into 2017 with a sales increase of 13 percent. Companies also reported plans to invest in expanding production, research and development, and new staff.
