Onyx Graphics, Inc., has announced the schedule for its ONYX Certified Operator Training program for 2016. This program provides in-depth instruction for broad range of ONYX software users, to help them optimize operator productivity. This is the only ONYX-certified course for end-users who are seeking to gain a complete understanding of the full potential of ONYX RIP software.

About ONYX Certified Operator Training
Onyx Certified Operator Training classes are designed to increase knowledge and provide guidance in an interactive training environment. Classes are led by an ONYX Certified trainer with years of industry knowledge and hands-on experience in ONYX RIP and ONYX Thrive software. Classes will include a complete overview of the full ONYX product functionality and an introduction of new, useful features in ONYX 12 software.

In addition to learning about the entire workflow process from basic file submission through custom color profile creation, participants will gain knowledge in how to use the new application tools in ONYX 12 software to do more faster using bleed, grommet marks, tiling and spot color features. They will also learn how to create cut-ready files, configure CUT-Server and perform other basic steps to create custom profiles, plus how to automate repetitive tasks and maximize production efficiency with ONYX Quick Sets. Participants will complete the course with a working knowledge of spot color and specialty ink as well as best practices for color management.
