Oracal USA, Jacksonville, FL, announced that LIG Int’l, Inc. (Oracal USA) and Black Creek, GA-based Orafol USA completed a corporate restructuring wherein the two corporations merged. The new entity will be known as Oracal USA and will be responsible for product manufacturing, distribution, sales, marketing, service, and support throughout North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Holger Loclair, managing director of Orafol Europe, and Ben Philips, president and CEO of Oracal USA, will serve as CEO and president, respectively.
