Orange County Register Names Roland DGA One of Orange County’s Top Workplaces in 2015

Roland DGA Corporation, a leading manufacturer of advanced wide-format printers, 3D printers, cutters, and milling and engraving machines, has been recognized as a Top Workplace by the Orange County Register. This marks the sixth year that Roland DGA has been awarded this prestigious honor by the county’s largest newspaper.

The list of Top Workplaces is based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC<http://www.workplacedynamics.com/>, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection, just to name a few.
