Pace Industries Inc., Reedsburg, WI, announced it received the Society of Plastic Engineers’ Chairman’s Award for leadership in environmental practices at the annual Global Plastic Environmental Conference. The Society of Plastic Engineers Plastics Environment Division annually presents ten awards to corporations and other institutions that exhibit environmental leadership and excellence. The award categories range from new developments in raw materials and technology to finished goods and energy conservation. Pace Industries was awarded the all-encompassing Chairman’s Award for its environmental commitments. Pace focuses on the 4Rs: reduce, reuse, recycle, and replace.
