Need a pad press for low-volume, single-color production? ITW Trans Tech says its new Aero 60 hits the target with high value performance and offers an ideal solution for jobs that require quick art and fixture changeovers. It comes equipped with Trans Tech’s SpaceFrame and ExpressLiner ink-cup system and features modular design for plug-and-play accessories, interace control that allows configuration into multi-printer systems, and a magnetic mounting for pads. Aero 60 can accommodate cycle speeds up to 1250/hr and pad pressure up to approximately 215 lb. It offers programmable pad delay, cliche size of 2.75 x 5.5 in. (70 x 140 mm), 2.4-in.
